In this article, I wanted to warn you about a very bad HYIP move :
I don’t want you to panic or anything ; I just want you to realise that ¸according to my experience, you increase your level of risk unnecessarily by involving new money this week-end. Why don’t you wait after this special holyday to invest your money? Even if your HYIP continues to pay for the next 6 months, you would only lose three daily payments…big deal! And anyway, your venture might well not even pay during week-ends or scheduled holydays so why not wait for the next business day? Be careful about greed and being over-excited ; keep a cool-head.
Good timing and risk management will make you rich with HYIPs so think twice. By the way, I consider that compounding plays a bad role and should be avoided at all time. Call me a conservative high yield investor, I’m still successful month after month with a consistent 20% ROI.
Technical reasons and Ponzis:
On one hand, you can’t certify which ( if not all ) online HYIPs are not in fact pure ponzi scheme. I wish I could be 100% certain of the reliability and legitimacy of a couple of these business because right now, all I have for a proof is their paying life-time . On the other hand, you can adopt some behaviors to protect yourself so you don’t get coned in the eventuality none truly makes your money works in FOREX, sport arbs, stocks, ect, like promised. For that, you first need to understand how a ponzi-scheme works:
An organised HYIP can use long week-ends and holydays to buy some time and thus, more money. When a website starts to take advantage of vacations, it’s usually not a good sign. For example, I’ve been watching Safe Depositary closely during the last couple days. Rushing your money head down will not bring you a lot of profits over a long period of time.
There’s a lot more to say about this topic , especially on how the best HYIPs are run, so we’ll get back on this. For now, stay tuned for my next publication about AlertPay versus Liberty Reserve.
Dot not invest during long week-ends !Quite simple hé , but why ?
Statistics don’t lie :
Over the years, I noted a tendency for HYIPs to stop paying close to a holyday. Even some of the most notorious programs decided timing was right for a shut-down during these periods, so I say watch for next Thursday! Maybe none will scam but is it worth taking the risk ?I don’t want you to panic or anything ; I just want you to realise that ¸according to my experience, you increase your level of risk unnecessarily by involving new money this week-end. New money pays old investors. When this fresh cash-flow decreases too much, admins disappear with the balance. Your own money could also be sent back to you in daily increments, who knows ?This explains why a HYIP needs to fight back DDOS attacks as fast as possible because every minutes of down-time equals less investors and less new money. Blocked AlertPay accounts acts in an even more devastating way : more than 50% of funds in a program are invested using AlertPay, so can you imagine the hole generated by a frozen account? Also, remember when Liberty Reserve got offline for about a week : several HYIPs couldn’t deal with this issue so they scammed.
